Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tsp milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 TB flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic
6 pork chops
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Beat egg and milk.
3. Mix dry ingredients together.
4. Dip pork chops in egg/milk mixture, then in bread crumbs mixture.
5. Bake until well browned, about 30-40 minutes.
