Sweet Apple Quick Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup apples, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
2 TB orange peel, grated
1 TB corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1.  Blend all ingredients except nuts.  Beat 3 minutes, then add nuts. 
2.  Pour into greased loaf pan.  Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  Remove from pan to cool.
