Whacky Cake

2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 1/2 TB cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup + 1 tsp oil
1 1/2 tsp vinegar

1.  Sift all dry ingredients into a 13 x 9" cake pan.  Make 3 holes.  Pour vinegar in one, vanilla in another, and oil in the third.  Pour 1 1/2 cups water over all.  Stir.
2.  Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
